One of my favorite shows is Army Wives. While some things are different between Army and Air Force life, one thing does stay the same.....your military friends become family. When we were stationed at Nellis, I met some seriously amazing women!! I'm a shy person, that enjoys staying home. One of the first times I met my friends at Nellis, they invited us to one of their friend's home because we were going to go to a club. Me?! At a club?! It was for St. Patrick's Day, so we were told to wear green. The only green piece of clothing I had was a sweatshirt, so that's what I wore. We show up to their house, and all the women were back in the bedroom getting ready. I was so out of my comfort zone, because I don't do my hair all nice or wear a lot of makeup. They had outfit options to try on, and shoes to try on, different hairstyles & makeup.....and I'm just watching in my jeans and green sweatshirt. Anyway.....those ladies very quick...
